Cultor Consultancy has observed and understood the sales process for many years. We have also seen that customers, buyers have a process that they go through as well.
Both at a corporate buying level and an individual level, buyers go through a process that leads to the decision. Sometimes formal, sometimes quite emotional, the customer’s journey is more important than our own sales process.
Recognising that a sale is only really likely when the sales process and the buyers decision making process come together, Cultor Consultancy has developed its approach to selling and sales improvement through Symmetry© which envisages the equal and opposite halves of a whole.
